• Reading of technical drawings and LMB;

Job description:
As an electrician you are responsible for  independently performing all occurring maintenance, repair and installation tasks in the electrical field. You are mostly working on projects for industrial clients and you are going to work in a very dynamic
environment where not a single day is the same. Together with your colleagues you ensure a satisfied customer.

Activities:

• Installing and assembling of machines, electrical wiring, devices,
  switch boxes, transformers and / or other components.
• Determining the cause of the malfunctioning part of certain installations.
• Repairing and adjusting machines, installations, defective parts, etc.
• Checking and testing whether or not the electrical systems and wiring of installations and components meet the applicable standards and regulations.
• Reporting and advising on the status and functioning of certain installations and the eventual risks.

Turbine mechanic

Job As a turbine mechanic you will work on the basis of work orders and drawings. Your task is to prepare, compile and to bond or weld products with high quality.

Job description

• Construction on the basis of drawings in each of the complex (sheet metal) structures, which consist of various types of metal such as Inconel, Hasteloys and stainless steel;
• Replace, maintain, repair and installation of rotating equipment including (gas) turbines, fans, pumps, mixers, etc .;
• The alignment of rotating equipment and the use of advanced tools;
• Assembly and welding quality products (TIG / MIG / MAG and / or electrode) according to the specifications of the client in the food industry and turbine;
• Fitting the machinery and / or assembly and disassembly of turbine components such as blades, vans and discs;
• Actively contribute to the solving of mechanical failures, maintenance and installation of rotating equipment;
• Repair of Hot Gas Casing and Mixing chambers.

Job Requirements

To qualify for the position of turbine mechanic we ask the following:

• Skilled in welding TIG / MIG / MAG and electrode;
• Min. in the possession of a MBO-education level 3 or 4 and / or a proven track record;
• Specific experience with the repair process blades, vans, and discs with respect to the combustion portion of the V-Siemens 94.2;
• Experience with gas turbine is a big plus;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience working on a Siemens gas turbine V94 or equivalent;
• Experience with repair and / or revision work focused on rotating equipment;
• Experience in working on (gas)turbines .;
• Understanding diagrams/blueprints and assembling structures based on these is an absolute requirement;
• Ample materials and process knowledge; • Can work both independently and in a team;
• Experience in the assembly / construction of machines and / or insertion and removal of turbine components is an advantage;
• In the possession of a VCA-degree;
• No 9 to 5 mentality and include a willingness to travel worldwide;
• Service and high-quality adjustment and the realization that the application of stringent safety standards it is necessary;
